Delivery Policy

Once your payment has been reflected in our system, your order will be prepared, shipping will be made within a maximum period of 5 business days. For the vast majority, shipping will be made the day after purchase.
Within Costa Rica, delivery time will depend on the geographic area, as well as the workload of Correos de Costa Rica at that time. For 90% of shipments, it usually arrives in a couple of days.

Your orders will be sent through Correos de Costa Rica, we will be contacting you through the email you registered in your purchase. Correos de Costa Rica will make 2 distribution attempts to the address indicated. If after these attempts, Correos de Costa Rica is unable to deliver your package due to a failed attempt to contact you or some incorrect information at the address indicated, Correos de Costa Rica returns the package to Silver Lines as a failed delivery attempt. In this case, to ship for the second time, you would have to pay the ₡2,500 again to coordinate the new distribution attempt.

Once the package is delivered to Correos de Costa Rica, it is the responsibility of said company that the package reaches your hands. Silver Lines is not responsible for such delivery.
